Methods of Payment
We can accept the following payments:
Direct Bank Transfer: Make your payment directly to our bank account using your order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

Delivery Information
Most orders are shipped the same business day, and we strive to dispatch in-stock items by 2 pm. Any orders placed after 2 pm AEST will be collected by the courier or Australia Post the next business day.
Once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. The package can then be tracked using the link attached to the email. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your parcel to be registered in the system.
It’s recommended that shipments be sent to a location that is attended to during business hours, whether that is a home, work or other address, to avoid any redelivery delays.
Express Post: For urgent deliveries, we also offer Express Post as an option. Just select Express postage during the checkout process.
PO Boxes: We deliver parcels to PO Box addresses.
Remote locations: Remote locations within Australia also offer flat-rate shipping, although delivery may take slightly longer.
International Delivery: We offer international shipping services. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically for you during the checkout process.
