Delivery Information
Most orders are shipped the same business day, and we strive to dispatch in-stock items by 2 pm. The courier, or Australia Post, will collect any orders placed after 2 pm AEST on the next business day.
Once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. The package can then be tracked using the link attached to the email. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your parcel to be registered in the system.
To avoid any redelivery delays, it’s recommended that shipments be sent to a location that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work, or other address.
Express Post: We also offer Express Post for urgent deliveries. Just select Express Postage during the checkout process.
PO Boxes: We deliver parcels to PO Box addresses.
Remote locations: Flat-rate shipping is also available for remote locations within Australia, although delivery may take slightly longer.
International Delivery: We offer international shipping services. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically for you during the checkout process.
Packaging: For some larger items, the product may be taken out of its original packaging to keep the shipping costs down. We will still make sure the product is adequately protected during transit.
